ABOUT
GRIND is a Sports Technology company designing and delivering interactive sports equipment to all athletes - starting with a better basketball rebounding machine.
THE ROLE
In this cross-functional role, you’ll be creating the foundation to deliver all products while managing and optimizing the supply chain process. You'll be part of our product team and work closely with marketing and engineering to connect both worlds.
You'll also be responsible for developing ways to successfully develop product packaging, execute an efficient shipping process, develop an ERP, and presenting data to management. Improving our supply chain efficiency and building a very small team to help accomplish this at each stage of the funnel will be your bread and butter.
THE LEADER
This leader will build a world-class operations team driven by creativity and efficiency. Your ability to organize processes through quantitative data and number crunching is outstanding.
