RETURNING YOUR GRIND MACHINE
If you are not satisfied with your GRIND Machine, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery and we will pick up your Machine free of charge.
All refunds will be charged a re-stocking fee of $250 and the remaining balance will be refunded when GRIND receives the product. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your funds after pick up.
GRIND's guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Machine Warranty.
We do not offer any refunds for Extended Warranties that you may have paid for when purchasing your GRIND Machine.
If your GRIND Machine is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, GRIND reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional fees, at GRIND's sole discretion.
