SHIPPING YOUR GRIND MACHINE
Please inspect your new product immediately upon arrival. If there are any concerns with the shipping box or materials, or any other issues with your shipment, please email us at info@grindbasketball.com within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, weather, or events beyond our control. GRIND uses third-party delivery services. If products are returned to GRIND due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all return and reshipment costs.
Pallet Delivery Notice
If you select the pallet delivery option, please note that your machine will be dispatched approximately one week later than the standard shipping date. This delay allows time for final preparation and coordination with a specialized freight carrier.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and International Destinations
International orders include any order outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the Virgin Islands.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are shipped via sea freight and may take up to 30 days to arrive from the shipping date. Delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules and maritime shipping conditions.

ORDER STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from FedEx with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving the shipping confirmation (excluding international or sea freight orders), please contact us at info@grindbasketball.com with your name and order number.
CANCELLING ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, a 3% transaction fee will be applied. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account. All refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
INTERNATIONAL & NON-CONTIGUOUS U.S. ORDER TERMS
If your GRIND Machine is shipped or transported outside the 48 contiguous United States, including to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other international destination, the following terms apply:

All international and non-contiguous orders are final.

GRIND does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for these orders.

GRIND is not responsible for damage incurred during international delivery.

The GRIND Machine is configured for 110V (U.S. standard). If your country uses a different voltage, you must purchase a voltage converter capable of converting to your country’s standard and supporting at least 900 watts.

If GRIND ships your order internationally, we will adjust the voltage for your region. You will still need to purchase a plug adapter that fits your local outlet.

If you plan to transport the machine internationally yourself, a $150 warehouse fee will be applied.

The warranty does not apply to international orders.

Any replacement parts needed will be shipped at the customer’s expense, including customs duties and taxes.
SHIPPING PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)
GRIND offers Shipping Protection Insurance at checkout to cover your order against damage, loss, or theft. This protection does not cover shipping costs or taxes. If you opt out of shipping protection, these issues will not be covered.
Shipping Protection is non-refundable after purchase.
If your order is damaged or lost and you purchased protection, you can file a claim within 30 days by emailing info@grindbasketball.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.
Shipping Protection is strongly recommended for Standard Delivery.
