Overall my son loves using the machine.. I had one of the clips that holds the net to the base break in the first day. Also if the ball does not return smoothly you probably missed a section that needs extended. Other than that overall setup and takedown is very easy. I would reccomend for any avid hooper. I ordered the jump rope and several shirts for my son. He loves all the gear! Shirts for great and wash well.
I've been using this almost every day since I got it, setup was easy and straightforward. I got my best friend to help me but that's not necessary. The net is a great height for helping your arc and the kicker that throws the ball out to you has more than enough power to get you out there in 3pt land. If you're a serious hooper with some disposable income this is a must. I'm not missing at all now! 5/5
We were super excited to receive our grind machine. Received it and assembled it. Unfortunately, we received it damaged in a few places. While I understand it was most likely damaged during shipping, and really was no fault of the company, it still sucked. I will say the customer service is great. I received swift responses and quick shipment on replacement parts.
We’re still currently waiting on replacement parts and look forward to being able to use the machine more consistently. The company should really work on packaging schematics as this is a bit disheartening to customers.
Using the machine is easy. We were looking for a portable shooting machine and that what we got. I’m hoping once the replacement parts come in I’ll will have a better review because right now I don’t believe it’s working how it should and having my kids shoot without the machine is easier. Again, ours came damaged so review my feedback with a grain of salt.

Never even turned on, then you sent me parts and told me to watch videos, the worst customer service ever. You should have just sent me one that worked.
Set up was pretty straightforward. Rebounding has been pretty consistent. The catapult arm is a little loose. Can’t figure out how to tighten it. Overall this is a great alternative to the more expensive rebounders. Really good for home use outside.
Machine is heavier the.expected or at least awkward to move with the weight. My daughter is not able to move it herself. Also must be carful not to tip the machine when pulling it. However once set in place, it works fine. Would like to see two more slots for passing zones.
So easy to set up and take down, my teenager does it by himself every day and the improvements I have been seeing in him is amazing! What a brilliant idea! Love the portability of the machine, not to mention its design is gorgeous 🤩
Got this for my grandkids. Only had it for 3 days but the boys absolutely love it. 1 is in college and 1 is in 8th grade. They use it everyday. So far at least. Very happy with it.
We love the new shooting machine! Seriously our whole family uses it. Primarily it's for our 8 year old with hoop dreams, but my wife and myself have found ourselves on it getting our 100 makes in. All this seemed not possible when we first got it because we did experience some problems with setup and was missing a screw. I contacted Grind and with the amazing customer service they have there, got our parts, our expert advice on the intricacies of the machine, and we are now smooth sailing. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into their machine and service. Don't wait. Buy it now!
Bought a machine 4 weeks ago, easy to set up. My machine came with two legs bent because the freight but customer service help me to get two new legs. The net is perfect for the arc improve and the machine as soon as the ball hit the sensor it takes no second to thow the ball at you, the ball distance is perfect get you the ball to the 3 point line easyly, it’s an hydraulic/ air mechanism that make a little noise to recharge air and the machine can have power to push the ball, it’s a one ball shooting machine and it’s enough trust me. 2 balls it’s too quick for a human.. for the price it’s worth and also I love to help small business hopefully this guy get good financially and can have more equipment like this… we need an attachment that can pass you the ball from side to side…
