SPORTS WAS THE BRIDGE INTO TECH for underserved communities?

This Hooper became a mechanical engineer at 19 years old & after 4-ACL surgeries, no access to expensive shooting machines, or pro-trainers, he decided to build his own.

Only 1% of athletes make it to the NBA.
What about the other 99% ?

GRIND's Mission is to use sports to funnel 100M kids into high paying STEM careers by 2030.

GRIND Day [August 12th]

The City of Houston, TX granted us GRIND Day, where we bring sports, technology & culture under one roof.

This is hosted annually at our Houston warehouse in 5th Ward.

What to expect:
- Activities w/ our smart sports equipment
- STEM activities
- Back-2-School drive
- Food / Music / Fun
